Don't live in the U.S.?

Everything is the same regardless of where you live.
Just register like everyone else and you will get mailed a bill (with a return envelope).

As for payment, any draft or check payable in U.S. dollars is fine. But many of my "foreign" customers
send cash because it is easier and it avoids bank charges. The cash has always gotten here.
U.S. currency is obviously OK, but also OK would be the equivalent amount of your currency.
